Works included the removal and replacement of the existing rail formation and two rail level crossings during a Mine Shut under 50 hours.

  • Clear, grub and topsoil strip;
  • Removed and constructed 410m of rail formation to strict levels;
  • Staged construction of two rail level crossings to manage traffic, including the supply and install of the T-pieces;
  • Installed sub-soil drainage;
  • Line marking;
  • Rehabilitation;
  • Nil incidents.
