Earthworks and drainage works at the Lang Hancock Spur, LHRX 453km, both the main level crossing and the diversion level crossing, and North of the 453km crossing, construct a 2m high berm along the communications pad and drainage channel.

  • Remove 160m of 900mm diameter culverts and replace with 1200mm to 1800mm diameter culverts using cement stabilised fill;
  • 750 tonnes of rock protection installed;
  • Earthworks to improve drainage;
  • Pavement construction;
  • Spray seal;
  • Non-destructive service locating to locate the fibre optic cable at the communications pad;
  • Rehabilitation;
  • Supply and install stock fencing and gate.
